    The date and time that the User had logged-in.

    Remarks
    By default, this date is expressed in local time.
    Dates should be specified as Local or UTC by use of the System.DateTime.Kind property. Dates with the System.DateTime.Kind property not set (Unspecified) will be interpreted as UTC.
