Follow these steps to remove an extension from an OnTime desktop application:

1. Start OnTime Management Suite or OnTime Dispatch
2. Navigate to the Tools tab on the ribbon
3. Click the Manage Extensions button on the Tools tab of the ribbon
4. Select the extension that you wish to remove
5. Click the Remove button
6. You will be prompted to restart OnTime Management Suite of OnTime Dispatch to complete the removal of the extension
